Maxime Elbaz - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Elbaz previously served as Chief Operating Officer of EarthData International, Inc. (EDI), where he managed their operations including sales and worldwide business development initiatives.  In this position, he contributed to the acquisition of EDI by Fugro N.V., where he was subsequently appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fugro EarthData, Inc.  He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KGI, Inc., a former Kodak subsidiary specializing in geospatial systems.  Prior to that, Maxime served as General Manager of an Underwriters Laboratories’ Environmental Restricted Substances Business Unit, where he orchestrated the business expansion into Asian markets.  Originally from France, Maxime holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (N.Y., USA) and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg, France).

Kevin Kearney - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Kearney was a co-founder & VP of research and development at Pixel Physics. He holds a BS and MS in Physics, and is completing a Ph.D. in Imaging Science at Rochester Institute of Technology. Kevin’s background includes 12 years at the Naval Research Lab designing electro-optic systems, and several years at Kodak Government Systems Division, working on future system architectures. Kevin has a strong image-system engineering background, and leads a number of multi-spectral imaging system development efforts.

William Kent, Ph.D. - Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Kent has broad experience in general management, research, product development, and product and system manufacturing. At the Carrier Division of United Technologies, he was responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery to market of high volume electronic controls. With Harris RF Communications, as VP Engineering, Bill was responsible for all engineering activities supporting the global government and defense communications business. At Digital Equipment, he had several management responsibilities in product, systems engineering, and manufacturing technology and operations. He has also held research engineering and management positions at Sperry Corporation and with Bell Laboratories. Bill received his MSEE from the University of Illinois, his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Math and Computer Science at Stevens Institute of Technology, and has completed the Harvard Business School program for industry executives.

Robert Delach - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Delach is a senior financial and operations executive with strong leadership experience in both large and small organizations. He is a proven leader with strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills. Over the last 10 years, Bob has accumulated substantial executive and consultative experience with a variety of early stage growth companies. He most recently was co-founding shareholder and CFO for MRO DIRECT, Inc., a $4 million commercial industrial start up which began operations in 2002. Bob developed a wide range of financial skills and accumulated valuable management experience during a 13 year career at Servistar Corporation ($1.5 Billion Hardware Wholesaler). Before joining Servistar, Bob spent four years with a regional accounting firm, during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant. Bob has a B.S. in Accounting from St. Vincent College and is a member of the A.I.C.P.A and the P.I.C.P.A.

James McDonough - Director - Government Business Development

Mr. McDonough is responsible for government business development for Geospatial Systems. After graduating from Penn State he served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for 5 years. In his final tour he served as Deputy Adjutant of the 2nd Marine Division. He then earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and in the next decade worked for Harris Corp. and other Fortune 500 companies. In the 1990s he co-founded a high-end computer company and gained experience at serving research facilities, universities and large governmental organizations. Mr. McDonough is also active in politics and has run for public office.
