TerraPix Tactical AMS (Airborne Mapping & Surveillance System) for UAVs is the next-generation of near realtime capture and dissemination systems bringing precise Geointel information for reconnaissance, persistent surveillance and situational awareness.
Modular and Multi-Mission Capable
The TerraPix Tactical AMS system is based on GSI’s TerraPix product platform architecture. It consists of interchangeable, plug-and-play sensor subsystems such as the DGX-M Camera Controller and KCM Camera Sensor. TerraPix Tactical AMS can be configured to support:
- Emergency Response
- Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA)
- Critical Infrastructure Monitoring
- Pervasive, Persistent Surveillance
Integrated Processing and Dissemination
GSI has teamed with Leica Geosystems Geospatial Imaging(LGGI) to provide Planning, Exploitation and Dissemination capabilities to the Tactical AMS product line. The GSI /LGGI integrated system is designed to provide:
- Rapid Turnaround of Data and Products
- Direct Georeferenced Data
- Rapid Ortho Processing
- Web Enabled Dissemination
Compatible with Open Standards Geospatial Infrastructure
The TerraPix Tactical AMS system is fully compliant with emerging standards for spatial data infrastructure, enabling seamless integration with current and future net-centric enterprise systems.
